Nature can do wonders for our mental state as well as our physical state. It calms and relaxes us, which gives us the ability to reduces stress and center us on all levels. It gives us a sense of peace and connection in a way that we don't experience as often as we need to be. Nature has a way of healing when we don't even realize. Try to make a habit to get out in nature for at least 30 minutes a day. You will be so happy you made the commitment.
